About Us

Giiwedin Environmental Services is a Limited Partnership between Lac Des Mille Lacs First Nation (the community of Nezaadiikaang) and NorthWinds Environmental Services. We have a proven record of project delivery in mining, energy, community development, transportation, and forestry sectors throughout Ontario. Giiwedin also has demonstrated strong collaborations with local Indigenous communities, delivering and facilitating youth engagement and mentoring, community workshops and information sessions, joint ventures, community-led land use planning, and traditional knowledge collection and mapping services.
